  • Phase 1: Demonstrate your workload running on AppScale software
  • Phase 2: Validate workload performance and optimize
  • Phase 3: Migrate workload to full production deployment

Ongoing Support

After a successful POC, AppScale provides you with ongoing support, available as a managed service. We support customers with full Ops capabilities as well as those with no current Ops resources. Support subscriptions include all software upgrades, monitoring, and technical support and troubleshooting, with various service levels (SLAs) and 24×7 support available globally.
